The machine FY-JZ2500/5000 is the supporting equipment, which is usded in the pst process of tempered glass manufacturing. It can have the glass not homogenized in internal stress self-exploded. Prinsiple of electronic control system
When start,set how much the time for homogenizing,cooling,and the top and bottom limit of temperature.Pressing the HEATING butom,all the tempreture controling process will work automatically.The temperature acquisition module can collect and exist temperature curve current or historical.The historical temperature curve can be inquired by enter any stage of time.The time curve can be print out.

Glass table bending&tempering furnace FY-CJG
The machine’s principle: to move the glass with the mold into the machine to heat,
after the glass is bended with correct form, to move out the heating glass,

After film is closed under ambient condition, then put it into silica rubber bag researched by the company or enclosed by silica rubber strip, then enter into this machine and process is in accordance with the specified procedure. Besides this machine can produce ordinary laminated glass, also other laminated glass made from PC sheet, PET flake, decorative paper or cloth, color film or metallic wire net as well as carry out encapsulation of solar battery.
