pieces of glass. The main function of the interlayer is to stick the

EVA Film is made out of macromolecule material and it performs
excellent in bonding strength, heat resistance, cold resistance,
humidity resistance and tensile strength in laminated glass. It has
been partly taking the places of PVB film in laminated safety glass,

EVA film is not adhesive before heating. After heating, it melts and
reacts. In the production of laminated glass with EVA interlayer, no
autoclave, roller press, air bag, or vacuum rubber ring is required.
As EVA interlayer can be processed under normal climatic conditions,
no clean room with climatic control is required. And the producing
machine of laminated glass with EVA Film is less cost and easier to

The Transfer table adopts tilt-casting structure, there are two layers, after the glass tilt-casted to the roller table, the glass entering the 2nd double edger directly, It is widely used for all fields but mainly for processing glass size below 2500mm.

L” Shape Automatic Production Line – Lifting Structure
Composition: Two Double Edging Machines and One L-shape Automatic Transfer Table; the structure is simple and stable, also it is for floor area saving.
It can process the four sides at one time.
The automatic transfer table takes lifting structure, it is widely used for all types of glass, big or small, thick or thin, and takes advantages of high transferring efficiency and flexible con figuration.

Straight-line Automatic Production Line
Composition: Two Double Edging Machines and One Straight Automatic Transfer Table.
Structure is simple and stable, also it is floor area saving.
It can process the four sides at one time.

GLV-200A-2 Double Axes Automatic Glass Drilling Machine
It is mainly suitable for Furniture Glass, Home Appliance Glass, Shower Doors and all other small and medium size of glass which have to be processed with large quantity.
The X axes was designed capable for double axes, which can equip two different diameter of drill bits working at the same time.
With the servo motor( Y axes and two for X axes ), the coordinate position can be set easily just from the touch screen, and moving precisely toward the three axes’ stepless coordinate position, provide the most accurate setting on multi-holes working.
The spindle is adjustable for stepless inverter speed-change suitable for varied working potions on different diameter of drill bits.
