Roller Coater Series
This machine is a normal type in the machine coating whicht uses roller to do the coating instead of hand-spray on the plane. When it comes to mass plane board production, this machine has its irreplacable advantage compared with hand spray. This machine is also very important if want to form coating production line.
The machine is widely used in prime, coating and painting work of furniture board, flooring, MDF, door, artwork board and blinds etc.
Features:
The coating surface is smooth without wrinkling and has good saturation. The coating surface is very thin but the effect can compare with curtain painting. It is more cost effective.
The coating roller adopts quick-assemble structure for easy cleaning.
The height can be read on the counter, which makes the adjustment conveniently and accurately for different thicknesses.
It adopts stainless steel doctor blade and the blade angle can be adjusted by worm reducer. The distance between smooth roller and PU roller can be adjusted by worm shaft.
Frequency inverter or PLC control, so the coating is more accurately.

Roller Coater Series Machinery
Painting Machine
This machine is a self-researched new-generation coating machine. Now it is widely used in the surface coating on MDF, aluminum board, PVC, etc.
In the old coating sytems, the coating surface made by the roller coater is not even, usually there are many “grooves” on the surface. To solve this problem, Hualong Machinery developed the new type for the surface coating.
This machine adopts stainless steel roller with rough surface which can smooth the undried coating made by the roller coater. In this way, the roll-paint surface is smooth and even-colored as well as curtain painting and hand spray. And most importantly, the coating surface needn’t the heavy sanding machine any more.
Features:
The machine adopts pneumatic lifting, frequency inverter control.
The coating thickness can be adjustable freely between 0.002mm and 0.005mm.
The paint recycling system can gather the paint and reduce wastage.
Color Printing Machine
This machine is suitable for printing of wood, MDF, acryl, aluminum, ceramic, door board, shutter, etc. The texture can be printed directly on the surface. Compared with the texture paper paste, this machine is cost effective in mass production.
Features:
The speed can be adjusted by the frequency inverter, that will reduce the noise caused.
The paste adopts quick-assemble structure for convenient maintenance.
There are emergency stop in the necessary positions to ensure sale operation.
The machine can also be designed as multi-color printing according to customers’ requirement. The texture precision can be within 0.02mm.
Curtain Painting Machine
This is a high-efficiency coating machine that the workpiece can pass through its coating “curtain” with very fast speed to 40-80m/min. And the coating surface is smooth with good saturation and evenness. Suitable for coating of wood, MDF, artwork board, profiles, metal, ceramic, glass, etc.
The coating curtain thickness can be adjusted easily and accurately to minimum 0.06mm.
The transmission belt is made of high quality resin with good solvent resistance and easy cleaning.
Thel pump is made of good material and well assembled. It will not vibrate while running and there is no bubble and noise, which will reduce the rework cost.
Filler Machine(Putty Machine)
Suitable for fiber board painting. This machine can fill the fill up the hole and remove the excessive paint, which will improve the productivity and reduce the rework cost.
There is separate frequency inverter for each motor, which will greatly improve the puttying effects.
The recycling device system can reduce the paint consumption.
UV Dryer
Suitable for UV curing on furniture board, solid wood or plywood flooring, door, artwork board, etc.
The work piece will be dried instantly. Need not wait for the drying time. Shorten the production flow time.
Directly placed after the coating machine in the production line. This machine can be placed after roller coating machine or curtain painting machine. The work piece will be dried directly. Avoid the trouble of moving work piece.
The coating surface is shining with good hardness.
The machine adopts imported high quality UV lamp and reflect board. The radiation intensity can be optionally chosen to high or low. The reflect board can reflect 99% UV light. There are high intensity capacitance and transformer, enhancing the stability of the UV lamp.
Transmission adopts Teflon, stainless steel belt or rollers with cooling system. The temperature controller adjusts the chamber temperature to avoid the chamber deformed under high temperature.
There are radiation shields in UV- Chamber sides, entrance and exit to effectively avoid leak of UV light.
Precision Brush Painting Machine
This machine is specially designed for the surface painting of wooden flooring, furniture. Like the traditional painting job, this machine has two brush roller to painting.
Features:
The brush can make the cavity of the wooden surface painted evenly, the wooden grain and texture more clearly, which will improve the coating insufficiency made by the roller coating machine and greatly increase the productivity and reduce the rework cost.
The conveyer belt, brush roller are directly driven by the motor with a frequency inverter device which makes the running more steadily, the painting surface more evenly.
The working table is supported by worm bracket with
excellent hardness and better vertical precision.
Brush roller adopts quick-assemble structure and it can slide easily from the steel rail, thus makes the cleaning conveniently and can meet the professional assembling standard.
Sanding Machine
Suitable for prime sanding of furniture, flooring, door, artwork board, wooden blind, shutter etc.
The machine’s own weight is heavy. The heat treated frame has high hardness and good stability. The main parts which are imported from USA, Japan and Taiwan have high precision and long life cycle. The thickness can be adjusted by the PLC accurately and conveniently.
The roller adopts 20-40º natural wearable rubber. The sanding speed can be adjusted by frequency inverter, which can meet the different characteristics of various paints and can reduce the stripes and white sides effectively.
Feeding system adopts press roller structure so even the distorted board material can be sanded.
The frame is welded by bending steel plate. It is steady while running.
The work table adopts four-column lifting structure with small tolerance and high precision.
Rag wheel can clean the sanding mark effectively and get the coating surface effects.
Corner Printing Machine
This machine is specially designed for the corner painting of furniture board.
The painting angle can be adjusted for shape of bevel edge, straight line, arc.
There is paint recycling device to reduce the wastage.
The painting effect looks real compared with paper paste.
Dust Collector
This machine widely used in the surface cleaning before coating and after sanding to improving the coating quality. It uses two brush rollers to clean the surface.
Features:
There are two brush roller with strong blower to strengthen the cleaning.
Stainless dust collector. No rust to reduce the blow resistance.
Non-slip transmission belt to enhance the friction of workpiece and avoid stop caused by short board sliding.

Infrared Drying Oven (Heating Channel)
Suitable for drying of PU, NC coating surface on wood, MDF, furniture, floor, plywood, door, artwork board, blinds, shutter etc.
There is air circle caused by the blower in the chamber. It will extend the life cycle of IR lamp, and meanwhile, it will increase the volatilization of coating thinner.
Transmission belt adopts high temperature resistant roller, Teflon or stainless steel wire mesh.
The air inlets are filtered. The chamber is using thermal insulation material. Temperature is adjusted by silicon controller. Transmission belt speed is regulated by frequency inverter.
