Glass straight-line double edging production line
Glass straight-line double edging production line is made up of two transfer tables、two glass straight-line double edging machines and one straight auto-shift table. 11 spindles working on each side of glass including rough, fine grinding, polishing and chamfering, which give you a very nice performance for the 4 sides of glass sheet at one run. The production line was designed as simple and convenient operation、high precisions、high efficiency、safety and security. It’s a dedicated device for batch processing furniture and architectural glass.
The straight auto-shift table is the most efficient one at home and abroad currently. There are two rotating modes of it. One is high-efficiency rotating directly for small glass while the other is rotating big glass with mechanical arm.
Input transfer table equipped with float universal table and a row of fixed idler wheels which makes it more convenient to locate the glass sheet. Straight auto-shift table will match into double edging machines and double pencil edging machines’ any speed. At the same time this production line also specially configured with barcode scanning and retrieval functions.
